National Film and Television School joins forces with the TCN

We’re very excited to be working with the National Film and Television School to raise awareness of the large scholarship fund available and the fantastic range of courses they offer.

For nearly half a century, the National Film and Television School (NFTS) has developed some of the UK’s and the world’s top creative talent. Their graduates include Oscar-winning cinematographer Roger Deakins, Oscar winning director-animator Nick Park, creator of Wallace & Gromit, acclaimed directors Lynne Ramsay (You Were Never Really Here, We Need to Talk About Kevin) and David Yates (the Harry Potter series, Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them) and renowned documentary makers Kim Longinotto (Pink Saris, Gaea Girls) and Nick Broomfield (Whitney: Can I Be Me, Kurt and Courtney).

What Bursaries are Available?
The NFTS awards more scholarships and bursaries to British students, relative to the size of their student body, than almost any other educational institution in the UK. Awards to UK MA students for the academic year commencing January 2018 have ranged from £1,000 to £10,000. In the last year, 80% of UK MA students received support, with more than £800,000 given out in total. There are so many scholarships and bursaries available, so don’t let the cost of the fees put you off applying for a course you know you’d love! Just announced! 5 scholarships available for NFTS Diploma courses starting in September 2019.  To find out more click here.
